In his first year with the company, he worked as a help desk tech and help desk trainer providing members with exceptional service. Best has now moved from the phones and into the classroom where he enjoys bringing his enthusiastic and motivated style to help share and teach computer related skills to both large and small groups. His students know him to be relaxed, down to earth, and always willing to help. In his spare time, Best enjoys photography, being an automotive enthusiast, and a good game of baseball.

Kay Burt’s passion for technology training runs deep. With more than 25 years of technology training experience at Jenny Pruitt & Associates, Harry Norman Realtors and FMLS, Burt specializes in taking technology and turning it into impactful business strategies. Her students know her to be accessible and enjoy her presentation style. She has led classes covering technical training, tax systems, mobile real estate apps, data analysis, maximizing listing exposure, the effective use of digital media, and more. Prior to moving to Atlanta, Burt was a technology sales trainer who performed live software demonstrations for audiences such as NASA, Auburn University, the United States Air War College and the Offices of Attorney General for the State of Mississippi and Alabama.

Damon is a graduate of the University of Florida and Mercer University and is a former licensed real estate broker/agent in Illinois and Texas. He resides on beautiful Lake Murray in Columbia, South Carolina.

Jill GoldbergJill Goldberg

Communications Program Manager - Georgia Department of Transportation

Jill Goldberg serves as the public relations and outreach strategist for the Georgia Express Lanes, Public Private Partnership (P3) Projects and the Major Mobility Program Projects. She was appointed by Commissioner Russell McMurry to the role in 2015. Previous roles at the Department of Transportation include government liaison, deputy press secretary and government and board relations manager.

Prior to joining GDOT, Goldberg worked in a variety of communications positions in the public, private, and nonprofit arenas, including serving as the assistant director for public relations at the Georgia Department of Economic Development. Goldberg is responsible for all communications focusing on the Georgia Express Lanes projects, P3 and mega projects in the State. She serves as the public relations and community outreach contact ensuring that the citizens of Georgia have access to information about the transportation network and options. Working with a variety of stakeholders including local governments, community improvement districts, other transportation organizations and consultants, she helps ensure that accurate and consistent information is provided related to these programs.

A building construction graduate of Georgia Tech, Mark Graffagnino began The Ashford Group Inc after leaving the corporate world in 1990. This successful firm has been providing third-party construction services for various real estate projects since 1994. A licensed General Contractor in Georgia and Florida and an EPA Certified Renovator, his project experience includes ground-up development, new construction and renovation work for commercial, residential and Class A multi-family properties. In fact, Mark has developed, built and renovated over 5,000 apartment units, valued at nearly $1 Billion. Mark began investing in real estate in 2012 with buy, fix and hold deals. Subsequently, he launched Brookhaven Management Services, a property management company to manage his portfolio.

A seasoned marketer, Amy began her career working in various local and international ad agencies working on mega-brands. After making partner at JWT, she “retired” to be home with her then young children. Eric Stegemann brings years of experience and expertise to his role as director of strategy for TRIBUS. Having become a REALTOR before reaching the age of 20, Stegemann grew passionate about an industry where responsibility and hard work were rewarded. While loving his days selling real estate, he knew there was a larger opportunity to build a technology-oriented brokerage. In 2004, he created River City Real Estate, which quickly became the largest independent brokerage in the St. Louis area.
